mySlim Dietary Supplement ♥ ♥

Since January 2015, I promised myself that I would try my very best to be fitter and healthier this year and so I searched the net for exercise videos I could try at home.  Why at home and not at the gym? So I have no excuse!!! Anyway, so far, I can honestly say that exercising at home has been effective because I've been exercising almost everyday for 9 months now. :)

So far, I've finished the following exercise videos:

(4) ChaLEAN Extreme (one month only)

(5) 21 Day Fix Extreme (this is my current exercise vids for September)

Chelsea Kitchen ♥ ♥ ♥

If there is one mall that my family and I frequently go to, that would definitely be the Eastwood Mall.
Why do we frequent Eastwood Mall, you ask?

(1) Its not too crowded compared to other malls in QC;
(2) It's not too big that you get tired roaming around the stores/boutiques;
(3) They've got great cinemas;
(4) New Restaurants everywhere!

Yes, you read that right!

Every time we go to Eastwood Mall, they always have some new restaurants we haven't tried before. One of these restaurants is Chelsea Kitchen. The location of Chelsea Kitchen at the ground floor of Eastwood Mall used to be MoMo Restaurant, but we were informed that they've ceased operation of MoMo Restaurant and instead combined all their "best sellers" and that's how Chelsea Kitchen was born.

Shiseido Beauty Penthouse ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

We are a family of Shiseido users. My auntie discovered Shiseido back in the 90s. She brought home some bottles from Japan as pasalubong for my lola, and my lola became an immediate convert. She's been using Shiseido's UV White line back then, but since it has been discontinued already, she's now using the Benefiance line (and so are we: my mom, aunties and I).

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant ♥ ♥

Time and time again, we did what we love to do. Try out new restos! And so we scouted the Shangri-la Mall for a new restaurant or something we haven't tried before.  We stumbled upon Gyu-Kaku Restaurant which is a Japanese/Korean BBQ resto. 

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka ♥ ♥ ♥

If there's one thing my family loves to do, it is to eat out and try new restaurants in town.  We enjoy trying out different cuisine. Our top 3 favorites would be: (1) Chinese, (2) Japanese, (3) Italian.

Its been a while since I last updated my blog.  After my trip to Morocco, I've been busy with work thus the stagnant state of Karenkeng's Blogski.  (plus the fact that I got hit with "tamaditis" ...haha!) Anyway, enough with all these excuses, here's a new entry for my blog. Yehey!! *clap clap* =P
