We started the day by having breakfast at the riad and then a little shopping at the souk. Amy didn't go with us as she wanted to have some more time to sleep. Shopping with Tracey (aka "the shopaholic") is really enjoyable because we don't feel pressured to buy anymore. hehe! :D This morning, Tracey and Rahul bought some paintings and silver tea pot set while I on the other hand bought some trinkets. :P
We went back to the riad to pick up Amy, had the quickest lunch (ever!) then went for our tour outside the Medina.
We also went to a mosaic factory where we saw how they made the tangines, tables, fountains, floors, etc.
Last stop was at the Gateway to Fez, which was located at the highest point in Fez. The view was magnificent! It provided us the view of the whole city of Fez, the medina and the mountains.
At 3:30PM, we headed back to the train station. Almost everyone dozed off on the way back to our hotel. :P
